When raising a Service Request with the Calnex Technical Support team, you will often be asked to provide map files, capture data and jitter profiles. This article shows you how to get these files from SNE Ignite.

SNE Ignite Map Files

Map files are stored on the SNE Ignite. To access these files, log into your SNE Ignite and click on System → File Management and select the Map Files tab to view and download the maps stored there. Select the required maps from the list, and click on the download button at the bottom of the list as shown in the image on the right below.

Tip

SNE Ignite Logs

To download the system log files for SNE Ignite , go to Help → Support, then click on the Diagnostics button to download the log file. Please note, depending on the size of the log, the file may take a few seconds to download. The Technical Support team needs all the information contained in this .sne log file.

SNE Ignite Jitter Profiles

User-configured Jitter Profiles are stored on the SNE Ignite. To access these files, log into your SNE Ignite and click on System → File Management and select the Jitter Profiles tab to view and download the profiles stored there. Select the required captures from the list, and click on the download button at the bottom of the list as shown in the image on the right below.
