In some circumstances, Sentinel may erroneously indicate a fault with the GNSS antenna. This can occur if, for example, when the antenna is not powered by the Sentinel - i.e. a splitter is connected in-between the antenna and the Sentinel. 

The GNSS module checks for open and short circuits on the feed of the antenna and will flag an issue if it believes it is not in a healthy state.
