If you have a Spirent SNE-X and a valid service contract, software updates are available through the Spirent Customer Service Centre (CSC). On the Downloads page, select the Impairment Product Line.
A CSC login is required to access the Spirent software download area. If you do not yet have a login, please register on the site.
If you have a Calnex SNE-X and a valid Calnex Support Service (CSS) contract, software updates can be downloaded from the Calnex Software Download site. Release notes are also available from the same location.

Software upgrade instructions can be found in the SNE-X Operating Manual, accessible from the GUI of the instrument.
Version 15
This is a factory only release. This software is not to be applied to standard SNE.
SNE-X should not be downgraded to a software version below this release.
Please contact Calnex support if version 15 software is required.

Known Issues
Packet Reorder by distance does not reorder the correct number of packets when the packet rate is lower than 1,000,000 packets per second. Use packet reorder by time instead
Jitter Impairment reports incorrect packet utilisation
FCS correction functionality has been removed in SNE-X. It may return in a future release
