If you have a Spirent SNE Ignite and a valid service contract, software updates are available through the Spirent Customer Service Centre (CSC). On the Downloads page, select the Impairment Product Line.

A CSC login is required to access the Spirent software download area. If you do not yet have a login, please register on the site.

If you have a Calnex SNE Ignite and a valid Calnex Support Service (CSS) contract, software updates can be downloaded from the Calnex Software Download site. Release notes are also available from the same location.

A Software Download login is required to access the software download area. If you do not yet have a login, please contact support@calnexsol.com.

Software upgrade instructions can be found in the SNE Ignite Operating Manual, accessible from the GUI of the instrument.
