When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. The information requested may include:

  • Serial number

  • Software version number

  • Licensed options

Serial Number and Software Version

To provide this information, it is recommended to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request.

Go to HelpAbout. This shows a dialogue with the instrument serial number and software version number.

Licensed Options

To see a list of fitted licensed options on SNE, log in and go to System → Licensed Options. If required, take a screenshot of this page and include it in your service request to the Calnex Technical Support team.
