Paragon neo: TCP Ports / Communications
The following TCP ports are required to be open on Paragon-Neo to enable remote operation:

SMB | 445 | Optional | Access to the Neo instrument file share. Allows upload/download of files via explorer or shared/mapped drives. |
Earlier versions of CAT and PFV used port 4502; versions v28 or later use port 4503.
Ports 4502 and 4503 may be blocked by a firewall or network security settings. This may cause Neo applications to not display in the browser correctly, hang or show errors.
The status of port 4502 or 4503 on the Neo can be tested by navigating to the following page (assumes port 80 is accessible) and viewing the “Web Socket Communications” status:
