Virtual SNE: Why do I see errors during the boot sequence?

During the boot sequence of the Virtual SNE you will likely see a lot of identical errors saying “mdadm: No arrays found in config file or automatically”

These errors can safely be ignored. The software is looking for a RAID array which of course is not present because it’s on a virtual machine – this is just part of the Linux boot sequence.
