Calnex SNE: How do I reset the IP address to factory default?

Under certain circumstances you may be required to reset the SNE hardware to its default IP address, for example if you are unable to communicate with it due to limitations on your network.

To reset the IP address to 192.168.1.100, please insert a small and long non-metallic object into the Reset pinhole as indicated in the following picture:

When the reset button is depressed the front panel LEDs will flash; continue to hold down the button for 10 seconds. At this point the unit will reset and then become available on 192.168.1.100.
