Attero-X: Instrument Serial Number, Software Version and Licensed Options

When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. To provide this information, it is probably easier to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request. The information requested may include:

  • Serial number

  • Software version number

  • Licensed options

To obtain these, you must first connect to your Attero-X instrument using the application software and follow the instructions below.

Serial Number

Go to Instrument(s) → Details. This shows a dialogue with the serial number of the instrument and other relevant details about your instrument.

Software Version

Go to Help → About Attero. This shows a dialogue with the installed software version and the software release date.

Licensed Options

Go to Instrument(s) → Instrument Personality. This shows a dialogue with the instrument serial number and other relevant details about your instrument.
