Calnex SNE-X: Instrument Serial Number, Software Version and Licensed Options

When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. The information requested may include:

  • Serial number

  • Software version number

  • Licensed options

Serial Number and Software Version

To provide this information, it is recommended to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request.

Go to HelpAbout. This shows a dialogue with the instrument serial number and software version number.

 

 

Licensed Options

To see a list of fitted licensed options on SNE-X, log in and go to System → Licensed Options. If required, take a screenshot of this page and include it in your service request to the Calnex Technical Support team.
