If you have a Spirent an SNE-X and a valid service contract, software updates are available through the Spirent Customer Service Centre (CSC). On the Downloads page, select the Impairment Product Line.

If you have a Calnex SNE-X and a valid Calnex Support Service (CSS) contract, software updates the latest release can be downloaded from the Calnex Software Download siteCustomer Support Portal.
