Calnex SNE-X: Releases
If you have an SNE-X and a valid Calnex Support Service (CSS) contract, the latest release can be downloaded from the Calnex Customer Support Portal. Release notes are also available from the same location.
Software upgrade instructions can be found in the SNE-X Operating Manual, accessible from the GUI of the instrument.

Information
As part of this release, all Spirent branding is removed and replaced by Calnex branding. Calnex users remain unaffected. Spirent users will see now see the following on the Dashboard and Help > About screens:

This is a factory only release. This software is not to be applied to standard SNE.
SNE-X should not be downgraded to a software version below this release.
Please contact Calnex support if version 15 software is required.

Known Issues
Packet Reorder by distance does not reorder the correct number of packets when the packet rate is lower than 1,000,000 packets per second. Use packet reorder by time instead
Jitter Impairment reports incorrect packet utilisation
FCS correction functionality has been removed in SNE-X. It may return in a future release
