Problem

If your Sentinel is not performing as you expect, there are a number of steps you should perform before requesting further support.

Solution

  1. Verify all external cables are connected correctly for selected tests
  2. Generate problem report (Settings->About->Export problem report…)

  3. Shutdown the instrument, power off and on again.
  4. Restore Factory Settings (Presets->Restore to Defaults)

  5. Make sure the latest firmware is running. Firmware can be downloaded from the Calnex website or by contacting your Regional Calnex Representative.
