When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. The information requested may include:

  • Serial number
  • Software version number
  • Installed options

To provide this information, it is probably easier to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request.

  1. Go to SystemAbout. This shows a dialogue with the instrument serial number, software version number and release date.
  2. Create a problem report and attach it to your ticket.
