The session timeout configuration defines the following:
how long an inactive Web Interface session remains open before automatically logging out
determines whether or not an inactive Web Interface session can timeout when a network or scenario is actively running
By default, the session timeout configuration is set to 60 minutes and to not allow a session timeout when a network or scenario is actively running.
Use the following steps if you want to change the existing session timeout configuration of the NE-ONE:
From the Web Interface, click Management > Platform Settings > Session Timeout.
From the Session Timeout page that appears, do the following:
In the Timeout (Minutes) field, type the value in minutes (or use the up/down arrows) to define the session timeout.
If you want to allow the timeout of a session to be possible when networks or scenarios are actively running, enable the “Allow Timeout of sessions with running networks” check box.
Click SAVE.
From the Success confirmation dialog that appears, click OK.
