SyncE Wander Tolerance using Tones: Option 1 and Enhanced (Tolerance Level 2)

Note that for Enhanced SyncE clocks specified in G.8262.1, there are two tolerance levels; level 2 is the same as the tolerance for standard SyncE clocks as specified in G.8262.
