The following TCP ports are required to be open on Paragon-Neo to enable remote operation:

WebSocket | 4502 | Mandatory | Allows two-way communications from browser to applications Neo, CAT, PFV. |
SMB | 445 | Optional | Access to the Neo instrument file share. Allows upload/download of files via explorer or shared/mapped drives. |
Port 4502 may sometimes be blocked by customer firewall or network, this will mean Neo applications will not display in the browser correctly and may show as hanging or erroring.
