The following TCP ports are required to be open on Paragon-Neo to enable remote operation:

Access to the Neo instrument file share. Allows upload/download of files via explorer or shared/mapped drives.

Port 4502 may sometimes be blocked by customer firewall or network, this will mean Neo applications will not display in the browser correctly and may show as hanging or erroring.

The status of port 4502 on the Neo can be tested by navigating to the following page (assumes port 80 is accessible), port 4502 refers to “Web Socket Communications”.
