Paragon-neo/100G: Initial Trouble-Shooting

If your Paragon-neo or Paragon-100G is not performing as you expect, there are a number of steps you should perform before requesting further support.

  1. Recall Factory Settings: On the UI, select File→Instrument Settings→Restore to Defaults
  2. Switch the instrument off and on again
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of software. You are entitled to the latest version of software if you have a valid CSS Agreement. If not, you are entitled to the last version released prior to the expiry date of your CSS Agreement. Software can be downloaded from the Calnex Software Download site or by contacting your Regional Calnex Representative.
