Attero 100G: Instrument Serial Number, Software Version and Licensed Options

When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. To provide this information, it is probably easier to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request. The information requested may include:

  • Serial number

  • Software version number

  • Installed options

To obtain these, you must first log in to your Attero 100G instrument using the WebUI and follow the instructions below.

Serial Number and Software Version

Go to Help About. This shows a dialogue with the product serial number and software version number (Build Version).

Licensed Options

To see a list of fitted licensed options on Attero 100G, go to System → Options, this will show you a list of all fitted options on your instrument.
