The minimum PC requirements for use with Paragon-X are :

• OS: 64-bit Windows 11

• Microprocessor: 2.3 GHz Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor or equivalent

• Memory: 2048 MB

• Display Resolution: 1280x1024

If you are using the CAT, then in addition the CAT installer will install .NET 6.

Paragon-X may operate with less capable PCs but this is not recommended.

Paragon-X is not officially supported on these Operating Systems.

However, we know that a number of customers are using other OSes. If you having difficulties, then here are some suggestions that may help:

• Make sure that the PC is up to date. Use Windows Update and accept all important updates.

• Make sure that the PC has, as a minimum, the full .NET 6 installed. Newer versions of .NET are also OK
