Paragon-neo/100G: Initial Trouble-Shooting

If your Paragon-neo or Paragon-100G is not performing as you expect, there are a number of steps you should perform before requesting further support.

  1. Recall Default Settings: On the WebUI, select Run Apps→Presets→Restore to Defaults.

  2. Perform a power cycle: Switch the instrument off and on again.

  3. Update the software: Make sure you are using the latest version of software. You are entitled to the latest version of software if you have a valid CSS agreement. If not, you will be entitled to the last software version released prior to the expiry date of your CSS agreement.
