Sentinel: Why can't I see all metrics/graphs?

Typically, there are 3 reasons for a limited number of metrics/graphs being available for a measurement:

  1. Metrics is set to Off under Settings>Measurement. This turns off any of the metrics that require additional processing - i.e. MTIE, TDEV, etc. TE, TIE, PDV, messaging and ESMC metrics are still available when this is off. This is also the default, unconfigurable setting when Continuous Measurement is On.

  2. The measurement has been running for more than 48 hours - to avoid overworking Sentinel, metrics are automatically disabled when a measurement has been running for more than 48 hours. A message alerting the user that this is the case appears onscreen and the result is the same as turning Metrics to Off, as above.

  3. The measurement interface(s) enabled on the Mode screen will dictate which metrics are available. E.g. with only Clock channels enabled, no 2wayTE or PTP messaging metrics will show.
