Sentinel: Initial troubleshooting
If your Sentinel is not performing as you expect, there are a number of steps you should perform before requesting further support.
Verify all external cables are connected correctly for selected tests
Generate problem report (Settings→About→Export problem report…)
Shutdown the instrument, power off and on again.
Restore Factory Settings (Presets→Restore to Defaults)
Make sure the latest firmware is running. Firmware can be downloaded from the Calnex website or by contacting your Regional Calnex Representative.
