Regularly backing up SNE map and PCAP files is recommended. The process is to do this is outlined in this article: Calnex SNE: Maps, Logs and Capture Files
To upload backup files to SNE, follow the same steps as above, selecting the Upload icon rather than Download on the Files screen.
