Sentinel: Instrument and software version information
When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using. The information requested may include:
Serial number
Software version number
Installed options
To provide this information, it is probably easier to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request.
Go to System→About. This shows a dialogue with the instrument serial number, software version number and release date.
Create a problem report and attach it to your ticket.
