NE-ONE: Getting Serial Number and Software Version Information

When requesting support, you may be asked to provide information about your instrument and the software you are using.

To provide this information, it is probably easier to take screenshots and then attach them to your Service Request.

Software Version Information: Go to Home. You can find the software version on the right side.

Serial Number: It is written on a label where is under the unit for Desktop models and at the top for the rack mount models.
