NE-ONE: How to Apply Patch Files?

In some cases, a hotfix can be provided by Calnex to quickly resolve bugs. With NE-ONE Argentum Release, it is possible to install these patch files via WEB GUI. All you need to do is go to Management > Platform Settings > Software Update page, select the patch file using the button shown below and install it.

Please wait for the patching process to be completed.

 

 

If the patch file has been applied successfully, the pop-up window shown below will appear and the user will need to log in again.

 

 

If the patching process fails for some reason, the error message will appear. The user will need to check the system.log file to find out the reason of the error.

 

 

Removing the Installed Patch

Click on the “Remove Patch” button to remove the patch kit from your NE-ONE and wait for the process to be completed.
